– 100 gm Mutton (170 Cal)
– 1 Onion (64 Cal)
– 50 gm Tomatoes (9 Cal)
– 1 Green Chilli (5 Cal)
– 2 Garlic Cloves (8 Cal)

1. To begin, rinse the mutton pieces and set them aside. Slice the onion, tomatoes, green chilli and garlic finely.
2. In a pressure cooker, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the chopped garlic and green chilli to the cooker and fry until the garlic turns golden and you get an aroma.
4. Next, add the mutton pieces and stir well to combine with the onions and garlic. Cook until they change colour.
