– 100 gm Mutton (170 Cal)
– 1 Onion (64 Cal)
– 50 gm Tomatoes (9 Cal)
– 1 Green Chilli (5 Cal)
– 2 Garlic Cloves (8 Cal)

Instructions:

1. To begin, rinse the mutton pieces and set them aside. Slice the onion, tomatoes, green chilli and garlic finely.

2. In a pressure cooker, add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

3. Add the chopped garlic and green chilli to the cooker and fry until the garlic turns golden and you get an aroma.

4. Next, add the mutton pieces and stir well to combine with the onions and garlic. Cook until they change colour.

5. Now, add the sliced tomatoes along with a pinch of turmeric, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Mix well until the tomatoes are mashed and blended with the mutton.

6. Now add 1/2 cup of water, cover the cooker and cook for about 20 minutes or until the mutton is fully cooked, and the flavors have nicely combined.

7. Once done, release the pressure, open the cooker and give a quick stir. Adjust the seasoning if required and your flavorful, healthy Rajasthani Laal Maas One-Bowl is ready to be served.
