Ingredients:
1. 100g Prawns
2. 1 cup Onions, finely chopped
3. 1 large Tomato
4. 2 Green Chillies
5. 1 tsp Mustard Oil
6. Spices: ½ tsp Turmeric Powder, ¾ tsp Coriander Powder, ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
7. Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Clean the prawns and marinate them with turmeric powder and salt. Set it aside for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add the finely chopped onions and cook till they turn golden brown. Keep stirring to avoid them from burning.
3. Introduce the chopped tomatoes and slit green chillies into the same pan, and continue to fry till they are well cooked.
4. Sprinkle red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix everything nicely so that the spices blend well with the base.
5. Now, drop the marinated prawns into the pan. Stir-cook on high flame for around 2-3 minutes, then cover the pan and let it cook on low flame for another 5 minutes or until the prawns are thoroughly cooked.
