Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup Brown Rice
2. 1/4 cup chopped Carrots
3. 1/4 cup Green Peas
4. 1/4 cup Chopped Beans
5. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
6. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
7. 1 tsp Olive Oil
8. Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Cook 1/2 cup of brown rice and set it aside.
2. Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a pan, add carrots, green peas and beans to the pan, sauté it for a few minutes.
3. Add garam masala, turmeric powder and salt to the veggies and mix it well.
4. Combine the cooked brown rice with the veggie mix and gently stir to combine.
