1. Two medium-sized cups of cooked rice
2. Two green chillies, finely chopped
3. One large egg
4. Half a cup of mixed vegetables like carrots, peas and beans
5. Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
6. Salt to taste

8. A pinch of Turmeric
Procedure:
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium flame.
2. Add the chopped green chillies and sauté for a minute.
