Ingredients:
– 50 grams Lean Mutton (cut into small pieces)
– 1 tablespoon plain Yogurt
– 1 small Green Cardamom
– Salt, to taste
– 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
– Half a teaspoon of Garam Masala
Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add the cardamom and stir for a few seconds.
2. Add the mutton pieces to the pan, cook on high heat for a few minutes until browned.
