Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup mixed sprouts (mung bean, lentil etc)
– 1/2 small cucumber (chopped)
– 1 small tomato (chopped)
– 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp olive oil
– A pinch of black pepper
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

3. Now, add the steamed sprouts to the pan along with chopped cucumber and tomato.
4. Mix everything well and sauté for a minute on medium flame.
5. Add salt and black pepper to this mix and sauté for another minute.
6. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool.
7. Once cooled down, add the lemon juice and mix well.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
