1 Cup Rice flour
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Water as required
For the Pesto:
1 Cup Arugula leaves
1/4 Cup Almonds
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Toppings:
1 Plum Tomato, sliced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Italian seasoning to taste
Recipe:
Mix the rice flour, olive oil, salt, and water to form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough into a thin pizza base.
Bake the pizza base at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Blend the arugula and almonds with olive oil and salt to make the pesto.
