Ingredients:
1. 50 grams of Jowar (Sorghum)
2. 1 finely chopped onion
3. 1 diced carrot
4. Half capsicum diced
5. 1 teaspoon of olive oil
6. Salt, turmeric, cumin and mustard seeds to taste.
Instructions:
1. Dry roast the Jowar in a pan over medium heat until it turns a golden color. Set aside to cool.
2. In the same pan, heat the olive oil and throw in the mustard seeds. Once they start popping, add the cumin seeds followed by the chopped onion.
3. Once the onion turns transparent, add the rest of the vegetables, the turmeric, and salt.
4. Stir fry for a couple of minutes and then add the roasted Jowar.
5. Cover and cook over a low medium flame for about 10 minutes or until the Jowar is cooked through.
6. Serve hot, topped with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for that added tang.
