Bengali Herbaceous Millet Pulao

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup cooked millet
2. 1/4 cup chopped carrots
3. 1/4 cup chopped green beans
4. Handful of fresh coriander leaves
5. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
6. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
7. 2 teaspoons sunflower oil
8. Salt, to taste
9. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium flame. Add mustard and cumin seeds.
2. As they begin to splutter, add the chopped carrots and green beans. Sauté them until they’re tender.
