Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup cooked millet
2. 1/4 cup chopped carrots
3. 1/4 cup chopped green beans
4. Handful of fresh coriander leaves
5. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
6. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
7. 2 teaspoons sunflower oil
8. Salt, to taste
9. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium flame. Add mustard and cumin seeds.
2. As they begin to splutter, add the chopped carrots and green beans. Sauté them until they’re tender.
3. Stir in the turmeric powder and salt. Continue to cook for another couple of minutes.
4. Once the veggies are softened enough, add the cooked millet to the pan.
5. Mix everything well so that the millets and veggies are well combined.
6. Finally, sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves and give it a good mix.
7. Serve the warm Bengali Herbaceous Millet Pulao in a bowl and enjoy the goodness.
