1 small Bitter Gourd
1 Radish
2 Drumsticks

1tbsp Mustard Oil

Salt to Taste
Method:
1. Cut all the veggies into medium-sized pieces.
2. Heat mustard oil on a pan, add cumin and fenugreek seeds.
3. Once they start to crackle, add the cut vegetables to the pan.
4. Stir well and cover to cook on a low flame for about 10-12 minutes.
5. Sprinkle turmeric, red chilli powder and a bit of salt, stir well.
6. Cover the pan again and let it cook till they are tender and well cooked.
7. Serve it hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
