Ingredients:
– 1 Medium-sized Onion
– 2 Bell Peppers
– 1 Tomato
– 1 Egg
– 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan and drizzle with oil.
2. Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and tomato, and stir fry until they’re softened.
3. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan, then crack an egg into the other side.
4. Stir quickly to scramble the egg, then mix with the vegetables.
