Ingredients:
– 50g boneless fish (choose any white fish like basa, tilapia, cod)
For curry:
– 1 teaspoon coconut oil
– 2 teaspoons tamarind extract
– 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
– 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 2 red chillies
– 1/4 cup grated coconut
For rice:
– 1/4 cup cooked basmati rice
Procedure:
1. Clean the fish thoroughly and keep aside.
2. To prepare the curry, start by heating 1 tsp of coconut oil in a pan. Add red chillies and coriander seeds to it.
3. Once they start giving off a nice aroma, add the grated coconut to the pan. Let this mixture cool down.
