– 50g of skinless, boneless chicken breast
– 100g of zucchini transformed into noodles
– 2 tsp of olive oil
– 1 garlic clove (minced)
– Salt to taste
– Mix of Italian herbs for seasoning
– Chilli flakes for a bit of spice

Recipe:
1. Sprinkle seasoning, salt, and chili flakes over the chicken breast and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat a pan with olive oil on medium flame. Add minced garlic and saute until it’s golden brown.
3. Add chicken and cook it until it’s no longer pink, for about 5-8 mins.
4. In another pan, sauté the zucchini noodles in olive oil for about 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle salt and remaining chilli flakes.
