Ingredients:
• Prawns (50g)
• Tomato (1 medium size)
• Onion (1 small size)
• Green Chillies (2)
• Coriander Leaves
• Lemon juice (1 Tsp)
• Salt (1/2 Tsp)
• Turmeric Powder (1/4 Tsp)
• Red Chilli Powder (1/4 Tsp)
• Oil (1 Tsp)
• Water (1/2 cup)
Recipe:
1. Clean the prawns properly.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, and sauté until tomatoes turn mushy.
4. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add the cleaned prawns and mix. Cook for a couple of minutes.
6. Now add 1/2 cup of water, cover the pan, and simmer until the prawns are cooked well.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle lemon juice on top.
8. Serve it hot in a bowl.
