Ingredients:
1 cup of Fine puffed rice
1/2 cup of Mixed sprouts, boiled
1/4 cup of Chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup of Chopped onions
1-2 Green chilies, finely chopped
1/4 cup Tamarind Chutney
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Rock salt as per taste
1 tsp Olive oil
Some Freshly chopped cilantro
Preparation:
1. Heat a pan, add olive oil. Add chopped green chilies, sauté them until they become crispy.
2. Add the boiled sprouts and sauté on a medium flame for a minute.
3. Now add the chopped tomatoes and onions. Cook till they soften.
4. Add the tamarind chutney, rock salt, and chaat masala. Stir well.
5. Lower the flame and add the puffed rice. Mix well so that all ingredients combine evenly.
