Ingredients:
1. 50g Chicken Breast
2. 1/2 cup Cooked Basmati
3. 1/4 cup Finely Diced Carrots
4. 1/4 cup Thinly Sliced Beans
5. 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
6. 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
8. 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
9. 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
10. Salt to Taste
Method:
1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Marinate it with salt, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Set it aside for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or a deep non-stick pan on a medium flame. Add the marinated chicken and sauté till it turns golden brown. Take it out and keep it aside.
3. In the same pan, add diced carrots and sliced beans. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn slightly crispy.
4. Now, add the cooked basmati rice to the vegetables. Mix well.
5. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well and make sure that the rice and vegetables are well coated with the sauces.
6. Add the sautéed chicken back to the pan and mix. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the chicken to absorb the flavors.
