Ingredients:
1 cup of Raw Shrimp (120 Calories)
2 tbsp of Pesto (158 Calories)
1 Medium Zucchini spiralized (31 Calories)

Instructions:
1. Begin by cleaning the shrimp, pat dry, and then toss them in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of pesto to fully coat. Set them aside to marinate for about 15 minutes.
2. While the shrimp is marinating, start on your zucchini. Spiralize the zucchini with a spiralizer to make zucchini noodles, often known as zoodles.
3. Heat a drizzle of oil in a nice size pan. Once it’s hot, toss in your shrimp. Let them cook on each side for about 2 minutes or until they’re a nice pink color. Remove from the pan and set aside.

5. Add the shrimp back into the pan, toss everything together, let it cook for another minute or so.
