Recipe:
1. Bring 2 eggs to boil in a saucepan. Once boiled, cool, peel and keep aside.
2. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan, sauté half an onion & one tomato until soft.
3. Add a pinch of turmeric and red chili powder. Sauté for 2 minutes on low heat.
4. Slice boiled eggs into two halves and add them to the pan. Mix gently.
5. Sprinkle salt to taste. Serve in a bowl.
