Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup cooked Quinoa
– 50g Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese)
– 1/2 cup mixed veggies (Broccoli, Carrots, Peppers)
– 1 Onion
– 1 Green Chilli
– 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
– 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
– 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
– Salt to taste
– Fresh Coriander to garnish

Recipe:
1. Start with sautéing paneer cubes in a pan using a drizzle of olive oil until they’re golden brown, set them aside.
2. In the same pan, add olive oil, cumin seeds. Once cumin seeds begin to crackle, throw in the chopped onion and green chilli. Sauté until onions are translucent and softened.
3. Add the mixed vegetables into the pan and sauté them on medium heat until they are cooked but still crunchy. Sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder over the vegetables and mix.
4. Add cooked quinoa and sautéed paneer to the pan, mix everything properly that everything gets coated with the spices.
5. Garnish your Quinoa Paneer Power Bowl with fresh coriander and serve hot.
