Rajasthani Lentil & Boiled Egg Masala Bowl

Ingredients:
– 1 cup Split Red Lentils (Masoor Dal)
– 2 Boiled Eggs
– 2 chopped Tomatoes
– 1 chopped Onion
– 2 chopped Green chilies
– 1 tsp Cumin seed
– Coriander leaves, Salt, and Red chilly powder as per taste
– 1 tsp Turmeric powder
– 2 tsp oil
Recipe:
1. Heat oil in the pan and add cumin seeds to it. Let it crackle.
2. Add onions and green chilies to the pan and saute till golden brown.
3. Next, add tomatoes to it along with red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook till it forms a nice paste.
4. Wash the lentils and add them to the mixture. Add water and let it cook for 10-15 mins or till lentils are soft.
5. Slice the boiled eggs and add them to the pan. Let it cook for another 2 mins.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy this delicious Rajasthani bowl!
