Instructions:
1. Rinse the lentils and soak them for 30 minutes. Drain.

4. Add garlic, zucchini, bell pepper and sauté for another 4-5 minutes.
5. Now add the drained lentils, salt, pepper and turmeric. Mix well.
6. Add 1 cup of water, cover and let it cook for 15-20 minutes or until the lentils are cooked and all the water has been absorbed.
