Zesty Italian Egg Frittata Bowl

Recipe:

3. Take one frying pan, add one teaspoon of olive oil. Add all the chopped vegetables and sauté them until they are soft.
4. Add the whisked egg mixture over the cooked vegetables. Sprinkle one teaspoon each of dried basil and oregano.
5. Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for ten minutes or until the eggs are set.
6. Garnish with few coriander leaves and serve it in a bowl.

Note: The portions are adjusted to keep the dish within 100 calories per serving. The dish serves two.
