Ingredients:
1) 2 Egg whites
2) 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
3) 2 Green chilies, chopped
4) A handful of Coriander leaves
5) 1 tsp Olive oil
6) ½ tsp Turmeric powder
7) Salt to taste
8) ½ tsp Red Chili powder (Optional: only if you prefer spicy)
9) ½ tsp Garam Masala powder
Method:
1) Heat olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until onions turn golden.
2) After onions are well sautéed, add turmeric, salt, red chili powder, and garam masala. Sauté them well till you can smell the aroma of the spices.
