β’ 1 cup Basmati rice
β’ 150g chicken (boneless and cut into small pieces)

β’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β’ 2 tsp oil
β’ Salt to taste
β’ 1 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions:
1. Rinse the basmati rice under running water until the water runs clear. Soak it in water for 15 minutes, then drain.
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and green chilies, and sautΓ© until the onions turn golden brown.
3. Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for a minute. Add the chopped tomato and cook until it turns soft and mushy.
