Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup small brinjals
2. 1/2 cup small ladyfingers
3. 1/2 small potato
4. 1 tsp coriander powder
5. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
6. Salt to taste
7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
9. 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
1. Make a fine mix of coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, salt and turmeric.
2. Clean all vegetables and cut their ends.
3. Stuff the mix into vegetables.
4. In a pan, heat oil and fry stuffed vegetables on a low flame.
5. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until vegetables are cooked well.
6. Serve hot for a delightful experience
Note: To keep the calories in check, use minimum oil and limit the portion size to small bowl.
