Recipe:
1) Boil one cup of Basmati Rice and keep it aside.
2) In a pan, add 1 tsp sunflower oil. Break two egg whites into it and scramble till cooked.
3) Next, add finely chopped 1/4 cup onions and 1/4 cup bell peppers.
4) Stir-fry till the vegetables are crunchy. Add cooked rice to the pan.
