– Ā½ cup Kidney Beans (Rajma)
– Ā½ cup Colocasia (Arbi)
– 1 tablespoon Olive oil
– 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
– Salt to taste


1. Soak the kidney beans in water overnight. Drain and set them aside.
2. Boil the colocasia until they are soft. Let them cool, then peel and chop them into cubes.
