Ingredients:
125 g Brown basmati rice, uncooked
200 g assorted vegetables (capsicum, mushrooms, broccoli, beans, carrots)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
Low sodium soy sauce, for taste
Salt, for taste
