Wholesome Chinese Chilli Paneer Bowl

Recipe:
1) Take 100g of diced Paneer, 1/2 chopped Bell pepper and 1/2 chopped Onion.
2) In a pan, add 1 tsp oil and sauté the veggies till they are crisp.
3) In another pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp Schezwan sauce, 1 small piece of grated Ginger and 2 minced Garlic cloves. Sauté on medium flame briefly.
4) Add the sautéed veggies and paneer to this pan and mix well.
5) Top it with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
6) Garnish with few coriander leaves (optional).
7) Serve hot in a bowl.
Note: Adjust Schezwan sauce, salt and spices as per your taste.
