1/2 cup Moong Dal
1 medium-sized Sweet Potato
2 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
Salt to taste

Step 6: Sprinkle some salt, black pepper, and drizzle the lemon juice over the salad.
